a. Subscriptions. We offer monthly and annual subscriptions to use our Service, as well as a free plan with limited functionality. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as set forth on the Site.
b. External Exchanges. Our Service allows you to connect your account to external exchanges to place trades through our API service. You are responsible for generating and maintaining your own API keys for each exchange, and for ensuring that your use of the API keys complies with the terms and conditions of the applicable exchange.
c. Use of API Keys. You agree to use the API keys provided by the external exchanges solely for the purpose of using our Service, and to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of the API keys. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your API keys, and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your API keys. You agree not to share your API keys with any third party, and to notify us immediately if you suspect that your API keys have been compromised.
We offer multiple subscription options with varying price points. Each subscription provides access to a set of features and functionality, which may vary depending on the subscription level. Monthly subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis, while annual subscription fees are billed upfront for the year. The subscription fees may also be subject to taxes or additional fees depending on the customer's location and payment method. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the features included in your plan until the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of a subscription.

Interaction with customer's exchange through API Keys: TOMMYBOTS never has direct access to our customers' funds and we cannot make any withdrawals. Customers have the ability to revoke API access at any time.
API Key storage: All API Keys are stored with 256-bit encryption.
Password storage: User passwords are stored with one-way Bcrypt hashes in accordance with industry standards.
Data encryption: User data is protected from unauthorized intrusion using multiple layers of encryption, including 256-bit encryption over the network. All website data is transmitted over encrypted Transport Layer Security ("TLS") connections (i.e., HTTPS).
Additional security measures: We employ other top-notch security hardening techniques to ensure the safest environment possible. Among these are enterprise-level DDOS protection and web application firewall (WAF) to prevent and mitigate against malicious attacks. These measures are regularly monitored and updated to ensure the highest level of security possible.
We are committed to maintaining the highest level of security for our customers and their information. However, please note that no system can guarantee 100% security, and TOMMYBOTS cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized access or security breaches that may occur despite our efforts.
The Site and all content and materials available through the Site, including without limitation, text, graphics, logos, images, and software (collectively, "Content"), are owned by TOMMYBOTS or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
